I can teach you to make it for way cheaper a pack of diapers (the bigger the size the less diapers you have to use )

Then go to the dollar tree and buy

1 bag of rubber bands there in all sizes

Two spools of ribbons they have all kinds of colors

And one bag of shred depending on what color you want

And then you can choose what other little toys you want to put on it

This is one of the cheapest ones I made years ago but everything was from the dollar store the ribbon and the little rattles and a pack of diapers I bought at Walmart @jermerica it was so basic but super cheap and I made it in like 20 minutes for a last minute shower . You can totally make yours way cooler and still under 35 :)
