I was like you a week ago and bounced on a medicine ball and bam early morning next day had contractions 3 mins apart, went into labor and had baby girl at 38 weeks and a few days

that helps walk the mall and such and have fresh pineapple cut in pieces. with the core it's delicious and helps also. target sells medicine balls for 20 bucks and u can use post pregnancy to get fit again.
