I lost my mucus plug 2 days ago. I'm ftm and I think every time I get a contraction I wanna go to the bathroom is the normal and is that a contraction ???? I'm 32 weeks almost there but I'm so confused about that 😣😩😲

I've been losing pieces of my plug since about 20 weeks but no blood. it's normal because your plug regenerates it's self till the very end. I've dealt with constipation and it kinda sounds like what your going through but you can't know forsure unless you see your doctor or go to L&D.
