My friend was in labor for 12 hours before they would admit her to the hospital because she was to early but once she passed the early stage of labor she progressed really quickly

Are you doing anything to try and speed up your labor?

walking around my house since it's raining but I'm going to go up and down the stairs in a few . when I bounce on my legs it brings more contractions @gabesmommy

Yeah I was going to say walk around your house because it's raining here too and do as much of a squat as your body can handle eat something spicy if you feel like eating
