It's normal! My baby does the same I mentioned it to her pediatrician & she told me it was normal since she always had the hiccups in the womb. Some babies are discomfort by it, which can be solved quickly with gripe water!
With my daughter she would spit up a little when she burped but she would swallow it instead of spitting it out so that's why my daughter gets the hiccups sometimes
We get hiccups from a burp that didn't come up correctly, it's the same for babies but babies get it a lot more often due to not being able to properly burp on their own. it's totally normal.

my lil girl gets hiccups all of the time. the poor thing even got them when i was pregnant with her
