how bad is it to have a uti while 37 weeks pregnant this is my first uti since I was a child

I had a really bad uti when I was 36 weeks with my almost 6 year old and I went into labor 3 days later but lucky I was already at the hospital for it and because I had high blood pressure

Should get treated.. It can pass to baby or you can go into labor

my doctor has giving me cephalexin that I take 4 times a day until they are gone
