I fell up the stairs yesterday!! I was OK but I got dizzy and started having random contractions so I went to the ER. I felt silly but they reassured me it was best to be safe and checked out. I'm so glad I live in Tennessee where ice is unlikely haha

the baby was fine. I fell kinda hard but landed on my leg and arm, not my belly at all. I think I got more upset than anything. I couldn't get him to move and that scared me but as soon as I got to the ER he was kicking both the nurses lol. I thought I would be sore today but I'm not and no bruise even.

I was mostly scared I was gonna go into labor because I started having those contractions

My doctor said if you fall after 30 weeks go in. Glad everything's ok @valereleo I suppose it is

@valereleo, that's good its good that you went to the hospital anyway I'm glad that everything is good with you and the baby

@katearabella, yeah that's what I was told too because you may go into labor. I hated wasting everyone's time and scaring people but it was nice to hear his heart and know everything was fine

I fell backwards earlier today trying to get up from putting something in the bottom cabinets. Didn't think my stomach was that heavy... Definitely learned a lesson. Now my butt and back hurts lol
