Is anyone else dealing with cold sores while there pregnant , and what do you use ?

you can buy it in the vitamin section and it should be safe

L-lysine is the only thing that works for me! You can get it at the grocery store with the supplements but I haven't needed it pregnant so I would ask my dr first??

also try alum its a canning veg persevered you can find it in the spice section ..

Walmart, walgreens, cvs, target.. and yes it's 100% safe to take while pregnant. Its all that I take whenever I get a cold sore anymore! it always has it healed up within a couple of days!

@blessing2016 yeah I did, but you can take them everyday if you want. it won't hurt anything.
