OK I'm having mini contractions is it normal or I have to go to the er

You can do that from being dehydrated, holding your pee, or over doing it. Sit down out your feet up and drink some nice cold water!

If they last for more than an hour and after you drink water/lay on your left side, then you be worried. other than that, its normal

@tahtahme, barely like 10 minutes is start to give me those mini contraction and thank you for the tip
