my mom said she drank coffee all through both her pregnancies and I drink tea and Pepsi but try not to every day.
In moderation. Too much caffeine (200 mg) can cause harm and risk of miscarriage. So a small cup is ok but from a coffee/caffeine lover myself I've never risked it since I found out.
just dont drink alot of it who knows baby can.be hyper when he gets older, atleast 1 cup a day or just somethimes
i wouldnt . it can lower birth weight, miscarriage, etc. low amounts every now and then. stick to decaf !
