OMG, this was definitely me last night. I went to the hospital and it was just my uterus stretching. But its always okay to go go the hospital to see of everything is okay.

I dont feel it in my lower tummy like its more in the upper middle

I agree it's probably just your uterus stretching I went to the ER For similar pains and that's what they told me

@kpmomof3, if your pain continues they'll give you an ultrasound to make sure your baby is in the right place
