is it normal for when your baby moves sometimes that you feel it in your area? like what's that mean does it mean I'm dilating? or what? I'm a first time mom and like I don't know I feel weird asking it but I wanna know if my baby girl is coming or not yet?

this is my third pregnancy n I've never felt that before but I have with this one. like when I walk sometimes it feels like he's opening my cervix. it's weird lol I also would like to know of that means I'm dialated or what
