Hey ladies, I am craving a frappuccino from Starbucks! 😍😋 What is the safest one to get??

You can always order half caff or decaf. I always do half caff when I'm needing a little boost :)

They are all safe. We don't put a lot of caffeine in them.

it's mostly milk so it's not bad but most coffee places offer decaffeinated coffee if you've already had some. if not I recommend no more then two shots. also limit the sugar for the rest of your day as there is a LOT of sugar in that drink. maybe try a walk afterwards. Ask for a nutrition chart that will help. :)

It's just frappe roast. It's not actual espresso. So it's only a little bit of caffeine. We are allowed 200 mg a day. And a caramel frappe doesn't even come close to that 😌@priscmv92

And yes, double chocolate chip is good! Doesn't have any caffeine! Same with vanilla bean, and strawberries & cream 🙌🏼

@priscmv92,i use to work for starbucks and i agree strawberries and cream,double chocolate chip, and vanilla bean are good.those have no caffeine.u can always order your favorite with no frapp roast which wont have coffe.
