@babybsproudmomma, I drink a lot of mothers milk tea and I eat granola bars like candy bars lol and drink tooooons of water!! I typically only get about 4 oz (2 each breast) but I've been eating more and drinking more water! And I've tried to pump longer!

@bashsmommy1115, I'll have to try that! To be honest, my diet and water intake have gone to crap since giving birth lol. So maybe that's my problem.
