Wow! I'm getting an automatic start put in my car today & I'm going to a place that I've never gone to, but was highly recommended by many people. I was supposed to drop it off at 9:00 & I got there at 8:55. I saw that their service door was open (people were walking in & out of it) so I walk in & patiently wait at their service desk. Two employees walk in and ask what we were doing inside... I told them I was there to drop my keys off to get an automatic start put in... He looked at the clock and said "well we aren't even open yet. We don't open until 9:00"... I apologized & gave him my keys. I tried to tell them my name so they could, you know, install the correct thing in my car, and before I could, they walked away talking to each other. I can't wait to go back and pick my car up later... they better hold on to their damn pants considering they think it's acceptable to talk to a paying customer like that for showing up FIVE MINUTES EARLY!! I honestly thought they were going to make us wait outside in the -22 degree weather until it was 9:00. This has my pregnancy hormones going!!! 😤😤😤

I wouldn't have left my car and called their corporate building. Fuck that.

I would have, but I got it as a Christmas gift so it was already paid for. 😑 ugh! Otherwise I totally would have asked for my keys back and said screw it!! I am still so furious! Sad thing is that I think he was the manager. When I go back I'm asking about their management & am getting contact info! I'm pissed!

Thats because you don't live in Florida honey! Have you ever hear of florida time? They say they open at 9:00 at 9:20 they are putting the computers on! If you show up early or on time u are the RUDE one!! Down here is madness.. I have not met one person or business here that is on time! 😔😕😑

@cfernandarabello, Lol that has to be it!! That's crazy! I even got a call the other day that it HAD to be there at 9:00 lol these people kill me!! I might show up like 30 minutes late when I go back to pick it up & tell them I didn't want to show up early and make them get their undies in a bunch again lol 😂
