I'm 29 weeks today and had a ultrasound on Thursday and my little boy is breech and I'm worried he won't budge in time and I'll have to have a c-section could someone message me that has had a c-section really need some advice just incase he doesn't budge!!! losing my mind 😟💙

at 29 weeks ur baby has plenty of time to turn im 31 weeks tomorrow and my babys breach but my midwife said shes not at all concerned as baby has plenty of time to turn... your baby has 11 weeks im sure all will be fine @tabby414 x

Scans after 20-22 weeks are growth scans or private scans that you pay for @nessa230416

they can normaly tell by feeling baby @nessa230416 i personly have had 8 scans and have 4 more booked due to growth scans.. but they may do another scan if baby still breach at 36 weeks thats what happend with my first baby X

Baby has time to turn up to about 36 weeks. From then on the chances are likely it won't happen. But some decide to do before the due date etc...or even in labour...if you get that far. Depending on the type of breech you can give birth vaginally.. but can be complicated and isn't also recommended by docs. My friend gave birth breech. Also you can opt for assisted/manual turning of the baby...I do not recommend this though...I believe it may cause more harm than good to the baby. But totally your choice of course. There's lots of information on youtube about different kinds of deliveries...breech and csection included. X

There's also videos on youtube on certain things you can do to turn the baby yourself, different positions :) I was looking at these when I thought my baby was breech. Xx
