My 4 year old is super hyper and miss behaves a lot. I've run out of ideas on punishments for him. We don't spank! Living where it's cold a lot is hard on him makes it so he can't spend a lot of time outside. Any ideas on how to get him to behave and be a little less hyper would be appreciated?

What do you mean by misbehaving? Is it that it is he just really bored with nothing to occupy him? At that age a time out seat or step is what I used. One minute for each year of age and the time would restart every time they got up.

He won't listen. He will pull on his little sister and talks back. And I've tried time out like you said is doesn't work he will keep getting out of the chair and I'll have to restart the timer so many times that he'll end up in the chair all day.
