That seems weird. Hospitals usually do that scan between 18 and 22 weeks. 26 weeks is quite late. Are you sure they haven't made a mistake but miscalculating how far you'll be for the appointment?

I'm not sure, I'm 12 weeks now and got a scan next Friday so I'm going to ask because I thought it was quite strange :/ @nashkay

Yeah I'd ask just because it's very odd for them to do the scan that many weeks after the usual "time frame" they'd do that scan x

That's very odd, maybe they've got your dates mixed up and it's an error? Definitely question it and explain to them that it doesn't make sense.. As above the anomaly scan should be done between 18-22 weeks xx
