Hurting right here. Could this be trapped gas or ?

I have the same pain and I think it's gas or acid but its definitely in the stomach I think and your stomach is all pushed up there so its real uncomfortable

Do y'all know any ways to make it go away?

I just did. I ate 1 and it went away a little but was still there so I just ate another one. Hopefully it helps.
