Can Someone who has Apple health insurance please help me figure out how to get the application for it. I tried the website and that didn't work, both times.

I just called them & they did it all for me over the phone.

my husband called and got my daughter set up...as far as I know it was all done over the phone.

& then when you have your baby you just call up there again & have him/her added on there too.
