@mommyoftwo09, go for a nice walk to tire you out before you lay down. that helps too!

It keeps me awake I can't take it for sleep 😭. I haven't hardly had any rest my eyes are black as all get out.

At the end of my pregnancy I never slept, I literally found that out at like 38 weeks. I was like well thanks for telling me now haha. But it definitely is safe :)
