baby girl got good news today at the urologist. her severe hydronephrosis has healed itself. at 36 weeks intrautero and at 24 hours old an ultrasound showed that her right ureter was dialated and closed off and her kidney was swollen and full of fluid. todays ultrasound showed that her ureter is completely open and functioning her kidney is back to normal size and has no unusual fluid in it just some sediment. best news ever. means baby girl doesnt need surgery
