you can be loosing plug for weeks and weeks. if it hasn't got blood in it, it can regenerate. if it has got blood in it then it can't. Loosing plug doesn't really mean anything, could come the next day could come in 3 weeks. just depends on when baby is ready x

I know someone who lost their plug around 35 weeks and still went over a week overdue x

lost my plug at 36 weeks and here I am 40 weeks and still pregnant lol

@polisha0311, I hav no idea but I will be asking her either way. having bad back ache too :( im so gunna feet up for the last few weeks lol xx
