I take the ones they give me tho chzr they are better for the baby....I usually wait to eat then take one lol....

they have gummy prenatal vitamins as well at stores if u can't tolerate the taste or want to throw up...

The only reason I don't like Gummies is,bc they don't have Iron in them (mine count us low). So I tried Belly Bar which is a brand Walgreens carries. They are $11.99. They are chewables. They are ok tasting. I just can't take big pills. @panda_bear414

Mine are so nasty. They are big and tan with brown speckles. I'm looking for something that doesn't taste and smell like I imagine dog food would haha
