my daughter isn't 48 hours old yet, I'm NOT going to try and get her to self soothe, especially on her first day home. She's in a new environment, and she's obviously crying because she wants comfort and to be held, so please when I hold my daughter when she's crying, don't tell me "you need to break that habbot before it can't be fixed"
like I said, she's not even 48 hours old yet. now she's upstairs crying because she wants her mommy, and you fuss at me for trying to be a mom. not happening.

You should go to her. I don't believe in the cry it out method until they are toddler age. Young baby's don't even understand the concept of crying just to get attention or be a brat. If she's crying she needs something even if it's just comfort from mommy

I did. because she's MY daughter.. she's to young for the cry it out method.. I picked her up to feed, and boom. stops crying. I think I know my daughter by now lol @elenasmommy @roth1321

its impossible to spoil a baby until they are 6 months old. its a proven fact. baby's can't register that " if I do this they'll do that" until 6 months of age
