I'm a first time mom and don't really know what contractions are so I've been told its like period cramps but for the last couple night I've been have sharp pains in my belly below my belly button they're like a minute apart for like 30 minutes and I'm 38 weeks today does anyone know what that means

It's different for everyone. If you think they're legit contractions, call your doctor and see what they want you to do. Better to be safe than sorry. :)

I think it's like faults contractions because it only happens like twice a day maybe but thank you I will definitely call though
