ask your doctor, both of mine said absolutely not BC of the way its processed and it very easily can carry bacterias that aren't good for the baby :(

this is my second pregnancy. both pregnancies I've eaten sandwich meat lol. you just have to be careful and heat up the meat to 180 degrees. so microwave it.

They told me it's fine as well as long as you heat it until it's steaming.

well there's an idea.... what if I do subway and get it toasted is that good enough? lol
