Well hello, I am new here. I am 29w5D pregnant with my 2nd boy, 3rd baby. I have a 6 (about to be 7) year old little boy, and a little girl who turned 2 in september. I am here today at the hospital doing my 3 hour glucose test, because I waited to long to get it done (was in the middle of moving, and forgot haha) well they told me for the first blood draw, before they start the 3 hours, that my baseline glucose levels were high...so they gave me the drink anyway, and just tested it for the 1st hour, so let's hope by the end of this, they don't tell me that I have gestational diabetes...that would suck...my son was 10lbs 21 inches, and I didn't have it with him, my daughter was 7lbs 4oz. and 19.5 inches I didn't have it with her... but now I'm a little nervous that this baby might have my sugars all kinds of crazy!! lol
3 hour glucose test sux. I feel so miserable & I still have 2 more hours & 2 more blood draws to go... 😥💉
I have to take my 3 hour glucose test this morning and I'm already starving! 😧😧😧

Got to the hospital at 4 am to start my pitocin, well.. I was put on the drip at 430 am , and was 4cm dilated and 80 percent effaced, an hour later. The nurse came in to check me, hours later, and I was at 6 cm. I got the epidural at 6cm.. But it didn't work for me, no more than 20 minutes later, I couldn't take the pain, I was screaming and crying.. And felt everything.. most terrible pain ever, I called for my nurse to come in and she checked me again, said I was ready to deliver, babys head ...
Ok I need some advice!!!! I have my glucose test in the morning and my doctor told me not to eat but I'm always hungry in the am what should I eat that won't hurt me and make me fail my test 😁😁😁 SOS
I will not be tested for COVID unless I am showing all signs of having it! They taking newborn babies away from their mothers if they test positive. Over my cold dead body! No ONE will take my baby away from me bet!
