when did you lady's tell family and friends you were expecting? :)

10 weeks i think.

I waited to tell most people until I was 16 weeks and knew if I was having a little boy or girl. I was scared I would have a miscarriage so I waited a long time.

do you lady's know when you're save from having a miscarriage?

I wanted to wait until 12 weeks, but my grandfather passed away the day we did our IVF embryo transfer, and I wanted him to know. So I took a leap of faith and told that side of my family that we were pregnant (no one knew we were doing IVF). The rest of the world had to wait until we had our confirmatory test done which put us at about 5 weeks.

about a day or so before I found ojt. we sent his four year old in the room with grandparents wearing a big sister shirt and just waited for them to notice

I told the parents the weekend after we found out (we found out on a tuesday) so I was like 4 weeks 4 days.

unfortunately I can't tell my family because there will be alot of doubts judgement and negativity
