@jdrose, yeah she was first taking money out of late fees because my tenant pays late every month and I told her our contract states she is owed 10% of the rent not late fees which are fees and interest im owed since it's my property and I am basically paying my mortgage and waiting on the money to come back. Now she deposits the rent today and hasn't said a word to me umm ma'am it's the 8th where are my late fees? If you are depositing late then YOU owe me late fees. I am going to call the tenant and the office and pretend I am someone looking for a manager first and ask these questions because the words on the contract can be manipulated in my opinion

exactly the words will say one thing but she will say it means something else people are so janky

@oshia5starlady, and when I wanted to speak with her over thanksgiving while I was there she was conveniently going on vacation the same day I arrived and getting there the day after I left and I was there for 11 days

@jdrose, right the contract says 10% of the rent. To me late fees aren't rent they are the fees you get from not paying the rent.
