I say Tylenol and machine and see if she's still running hot in a few hours. I always like doing a few options before taking my daughter, since I traumatized her when she was little by taking her a lot 😔

@taytayrose, that's why I hate going to lol I see it's not that high so Tylenol would be good, try again in 3 hours and you can give her Motrin, that's what my daughters doc said
