not with how early in your pregnancy. I stopped laying on my stomach at like 26 or 27 weeks. you'll know when it's time to stop laying that way but also talk to your doctor.
I do still at 16 weeks. with one of my legs up by my chest lol its the only way I can fall asleep. sometimes when I lay completely flat its uncomfortable. I figure as weeks go on I won't be able to anymore, listen to ur body! if it's comfy do it but if its not don't
I have always been a stomach sleeper and I slept on my stomach for as long as I could before I just couldn't anymore which was around 20-22 weeks for me. I lay on my left and right sides now but I still always lean just a little on my stomach because that's the only way I can sleep. Doesn't bother baby though, he just moves over a little
