Okay so I'm having a hard time getting my lo to burp after feedings!! I've tried patting on my shoulder and patting with him sitting up and also rubbing upwards on his spine and I'll try both for at least 15 mins at a time and he just won't burp!! I'm scared he's going to get really bad gassy!!

My son hardly ever burps and I breastfeed too only if he's cried to hard before or has slept a little longer then normal and I'm full because then he gulps alot so it's normal generally I don't worry about it unless he starts wiggling and seeming a little fussy then I can get one or it just comes out the other end....

oh okay dont expect baby to burp much since breastfed babies dont burp as much as formula fed babies because theres not a lot of air coming through, but keep doing what youre doing if baby doesnt burp after 10-15 min odds are they dont have to..and right now hes not taking in much food just colostrum...

That's how my LO it'd take me laying own with her on my chest and patting in a circular motion. But once we swapped to those dr Browns bottles she very rarely burps now.
