my finace is sick and he got me sick. runny nose and cough. when I lay down its kinda hard to breathe. what over the counter meds should I take before going to the doctor or do I have to go? also im 11 weeks pregnant, will this complicate things?

that always works for me, its a slow recovery but it works. hopefully I can take it and everything be okay? you sure its okay to take? even while so early in my pregnancy?
