No worries yet momma! I know you're miserable and ready to meet your sweet baby, but 36 weeks is still so early! I wasn't dilated at 36 weeks, was 1cm and 0% effaced at 37, then 3cm and 59% effaced at 38, and gave birth at 38weeks 5days. I walked three or four times a day, did squats and lunges, walked the stairs, did primrose oil (one orally, two vaginally), warm baths two or three times a day- pretty much every tip you'll find on the Internet. That baby will be here when he or she is ready unfortunately! But walking is always good- not only to get baby here, but it's great for yours and baby's physical health and your mental health! Enjoy the peace and quiet while you can, even if it is interrupted by annoying pains and discomforts. You got this!!

My baby dropped when I was 35. Started contractions at 36. And gave birth 37 weeks. Walking and swimming helps a lot. In labor for 3 hours and baby's out!😊
