I used the Mirena for four years and loved it. I took it out to have my last two babies. I then had the Paragaurd put in. I am 16 weeks pregnant... With it still in and it's in the right spot :/

I had that after my son and then had cramping about a week later was in a lot of pain and had found out the our slipped out of position and punctured through my bladder :( I would recommend the Nuva ring very low hormones and little to no side effects personally not trying to scare you just give you my experience @jess2impress14

My sister in law had it and didn't like it, everyone is different. Some experience little to no side effects and some people get them all.

When they put it in I had mild cramps right away and a few hours later they went away. And usually they won't feel anything maybe the strings with their hand TMI lol but that's it

@shesliketexas, did it hurt getting it in? and can my man go all the way or it's not effect

I had the mirena. didn't work out for me..I bled for 2 months with terrible cramps then I stopped bleeding and had yellow discharge. so I got it out then went on the pill. now I have no sex lief so I take nothing lol

I had the mirena, worked for me. No periods really and no side effects :)
