I'm 26 Weeks with twins and I'm having contractions every time I stand up too quickly or empty my bladder.. Is this normal? I get a few randoms throughout the day too but none of these contractions are painful but as a ftm I'm scared right now. My cervix is the same as my last appointment and no leaking fluids or less kicking so why are these things triggering this.

20 weeks with twins and I get the same thing. A lot of tightening and pressure when standing up, first laying down and after I pee. Seems like it comes with the territory. Try to move slower when transitioning to a new position.

Braxton hicks contractions probably. they're completely normal. if you're really worried about it, call your doctor
