My pregnancy story is pretty neat, I think it is anyway...

So I've been TTC for something like 8 years. Was getting pretty discouraged. In June 2015 my GP told me I was pre-diabetic. I completely freaked. Called my sister who is a nutritionalist and a fitness buff. She gave me strick guidelines to follow. And the weight just started falling off. Like not even kidding! In 5 months I had lost 65 lbs! Amazing right! Well that's not even the best part. I finally made an appointment with a fertility specialist for December 11th.

November 23rd my period was a week late. My boobs were hurting and I was cramping like I was about to start. But just for piece of mind I took a test cuz it was almost thanksgiving and my family likes their adult beverages. Well low and behold It was positive! Really faint... But still positive! Yay! Finally! So the next morning I took 3 more tests and all 3 were positive and much darker than the night before! Yay again! That afternoon I went to the local clinic and had our pregnancy confirmed by Dr's! I was in heaven! Finally my dreams were coming true! Had my 1st OB appointment December 14th and got to cancel the one for the fertility specialist!

Story gets better!

Because of my blood sugar issues I had to have a glucose test done and while I was there I set the appointment for our 1st ultrasound! It was set for Christmas eve.... 10 days seemed like forever! But we made it finally and my husband got to go cuz no work on Christmas eve! So I gotta pee real bad and this tech is pushing down real hard on my tummy. He kept saying ummmm.... Hmm mm. Well.... Hmmmm!

Omg I was so scared that something was wrong! I said, "what is it? is the baby ok?"

"Well... " he said... "Yea. But I think there is two...."

"two what? Two babies?" I look at my husband and he is staring at the screen and he looks like a deer caught in headlights!

Holy Toad Turds! We're having twins! Omg!

So that's our story. Now I've lost 75 lbs and still losing even being pregnant with twinkies!
