I don't think itchy is a side effect of pregnancy. the later stages but I can't remember the name of it. congrats tho

It's from the skin stretching and the extra fluid your body is holding onto. As @mel0011 said, about the only thing you can do is moisturize...and drink extra water. Don't scratch though, it will get worse.
