Every pregnancy I've had bad nose bleeds. Dr says it's because of the increase in blood volume in our bodies, îts normal

Yep!! I got TONS of them when I was pregnant with my son. Doctor said unfortunately it's really normal. Something your hormones do that cause them. Nothing to worry about though. I got them like 3 times a week when I was pregnant with my son.
