Is it okay to get my hair dyed professionally? I had dyed my hair auburn for a long time but stopped once I found I was pregnant. My hair is looking rough from the fade and my roots are showing so I want to go back to my natural color.

I did as long as there is no ammonia and don't use any bleaches

yea just dont smell the dye, you can bleach, i did a balayage ombre on my hair and i was fine

I would triple check with your doctor But I know as long as you don't use bleach or ammonia and it's after your first trimester you should be okay. just like the other ladies mentioned. :) just make sure with your doctor too!

if u do bleach do not do roots of hair only do tips if ombre is being done. they say it can be absorbed into your skin n harm the baby

I've highlighted my hair in both of my pregnancies, and color multiple times, never had any issues at all!
