I'm new here, so I just wanted to say hello! Also to say that I am just try to start my family. But we haven't had any luck so far. But we just found out that PCOS and infertility runs in my side of the family so we are a little more worried now since I have a many of the symptoms for PCOS.

the best thing to do is not stress over it. stressing just messes with your body more and makes it harder to get pregnant
