I think you might need a syringe those are for older babies.

5 ml is a tsp

You can use the little bottle I used it on my baby when he was 6 weeks. Think it's better than the syringes especially if they are used to a bottle

yea shes almost 14 pounds and idk this little bottle is weird the 1.5 tsp lines up on the other side to the 5 ml...i didnt give here it all the way up to the 5 ml but maybe a little less then half...it says she can have 2.5 so i hope i didnt give her more then that but half of five is 2.5 @lil_bigmama ..ugh these shots stressed me out i just want my baby to be ok

i just read online you can give them 7 times the amount but its not recommended because infant tylenol is low dosage....made me feel a little better @lil_bigmama
