This may be TMI (I dont think among pregnant women it should be, but might as well throw the disclaimer out there 😂) BUT holy cow! As baby time rapidly approaches, I am TERRIFIED that my nether regions are not going to make it. I have the worst hemorrhoid ever. I honestly did not know they could become so large or take over my whole butt. I can barely even bare down to pee, or bend down with out them tearing and experiencing horrid pain after, so how in the world am I going to endure pushing a baby out with out destroying myself?!😒 Yes, this is currently what is going through my frantic, almost time for birth, first time mom, brain lol. Has anyone ever had a SEVERE (I really am not using that lightly) case of them and delivered vaginally?

I had them internally, and they were so bad I couldn't have bowel movements. I used Tucks pads and non-alcohol witch hazel. You can also apply Vaseline to them. Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done when you're pregnant 😕 Afterwards, though, there are other options like suppositories and creams.

Oh yikes!! I don't think I have them too bad internally. They seem to be all external and GINORMOUS. I made the mistake of using a hand mirror the other day and it was a terrifying sight lol. I do use all of the creams and such And they help some, but wasn't sure if having them so severely would give me more of a chance of tearing worse since its so swollen there 😣

They are definitely awful. I had one pre pregnancy but it had nothing on these. @foreveryoung247
