honey I was so verbally and mentally abused by my exhusband while pregnant. off course physical abuse can make it so much worse for you and baby. I was young and afraid. now I look back and wish I had done something but I was too afraid. my ex told me if I mentioned something he would take my two kids away forever. how could I talk to anyone if I was 20 and he was 63. I was poor and he was a millionaire. I didn't even know good English. I didn't know how much help is there for women like us. after several years of abuse I decided to get help. he won the case and took my two kids away but I am on my way to success and coming back for my kids after preparing myself . now I'm 33 and ready to claim my kids because I know I got help. you have the time to stop this not just for you but for baby.
Yes.. It caused me to have BAD PPD I was miserable and trapped for 3 years.. Broke free and have been thriving in life! Being a single mother made me grow up and made me a better stronger mother and woman! No one ever deserves to go through any form of abuse!! If you are reach out for help!

physiologically yes. i was which can be somehow just as bad. not good in either case because mom's and baby's life and wellbeing could be at risk.
