They should let you still get it base of your income not there's @tiff.

You have to have a proof of residency and income but if your not working you have no income so you should get it @tiff.

Yes in Maryland where I have 12 cans were a little more then 100$

Yeah, that's what I thought. We told them that we pay her rent & my boyfriend works, I don't. But they say we need her pay stubs too. But if we give them her pay stubs, they won't give me WIC because she makes too much. They won't let me get it just based off of my boyfriends pay stubs.

You have to tell them your not working because it's in your name not there's you shouldn't mention them because tell turn you down maybe try a different location and tell them your not working and don't mention your bf or you mom in law they will give it to you cause your not working I did that @tiff.

dont even mention you living with family @tiff. just say you are renting a room. get a letter from her saying you living there. and just bring your bf pay stubs. that. worked for us
