Anyone know any educational kid friendly sites a 8 year old can use on a tablet?

I'm pretty sure there are apps like Mickey mouse and stuff like that my niece used to play them and she learned her numbers and alphabet from them.

I've heard of abcmouse.com but I don't know if it's free or not. keep seeing their advertisement on tv
