Cribs are usually around 70" mines the same length as the other cribs BUT also has a changing table so obviously the crib part is smaller, then they make mini cribs..which would also be smaller. Just measure when you go to pick one out :)

as long as you have a full size crib any crib mattress should fit. the only ones you would need a special matress would be if you bought a half crib
