@mumof2, it's not that I haven't considered it. I just forget to remind my doctor I need it. I cancelled an appointment with my previous provider and that was the appointment I was suppose to get my shots.
My children have the shots of course and myself and husband got them also. Baby can't get the shot till they're 2 months so it def helps for u to get them to help protect. Now family members we didn't make them. It's basic common sense to wash hands before holding baby and not go around or bring baby around anyone who's sick and avoid large crowds.

I made everybody that's going to be in contact with baby get the shot. the hospital said they'd give me mine and husband's when we go in.

My Dr said they are giving the TdaP at 30? Weeks now to everyone. Which has the whooping cough in there.

My doctor just gives one every pregnancy. first one I got in the hospital before could be discharged. 2nd and 3rd I got both around to 30 week mark.
