so apparently my mom complained to my sister and told her that I'm being rude by not letting her help plan the baby shower. I'm sorry, I know you want to help, but you're just going to try and take over everything like you do with everything else and I'm not ok with that. if I need your help, I'll ask, and I expect what I ask to be done the way I ask for it to be done. if you do something of your own accord without talking to me about it first, I'm gonna be pissed.

Oh my goodness, I'm going through the same thing! I love my mama but she's so overbearing and controlling. I'm letting her help with the shower and she STILL got pissed at me for "excluding her". 😭 It's like they don't understand that pregnancy is hard enough on us as it is!

@kikobear1996, if I let her help, she's gonna do things without telling me and change the way my sister and I already plan to do things. like always with everything else. @mommytobe422 I know she does but she hasn't even bothered to talk to me about helping until last night when she just stuck her nose in to what I was doing. I was trying to find a giraffe print border to print out and do a thumb print guest list with. she wanted me to do a blank giraffe coloring page and have them use their thumb print to color in the spots. and even after I told her I didn't want that, she still kept pointing out blank giraffe pictures. she doesn't listen and she always wants things done her way. like no, you had your chance 3 times, it's my turn
